- The application fee is Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) payable through a Bank Demand Draft favoring the Registrar, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Payment can also be made via Bank Challan at Habib Bank Limited Sindh University Jamshoro or Habib Bank Limited Elsa Kazi Campus Hyderabad.
- Candidates should submit their applications as 4 copies of a dossier, including a CV with details of research publications in HEC-recognized journals, recent photos, attested degree copies, certificates, and other credentials. Information in the CV must be backed by documentary proof. Those currently employed must apply through proper channels with a NOC issued by their employer.

Important Note:
- The Director’s appointment will be for 4 years at BPS-20/21. External candidates may be appointed on a deputation basis per the Rules. Candidates meeting HEC’s Professor criteria will be appointed as Directors at BPS-21. If no such candidate is found, those meeting Associate Professor criteria will be considered for Director at BPS-20.
- Reappointment is possible based on satisfactory first tenure performance.
- The incumbent will receive pay, allowances, and perquisites per Rules for BPS-21 or BPS-20, as applicable.
