Position Summary:

As a Territory Executive for Charsadda, your role is pivotal in serving as the primary point of contact for all Sales Operations-related matters within the designated geographical “Area/Territory.” Your responsibility is to achieve predefined objectives and targets, covering aspects such as Field Sales, Distributors, and Customer relations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Ensure the successful attainment of agreed targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the assigned Territory.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive field Sales Plan tailored to the specific needs of the assigned territory.
  • Efficiently oversee and manage distributor and customer operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Execute the Channel Category plans at the Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets, aligning with channel and category prioritization.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, upholding a commitment to quality.
  • Uphold strict adherence to all Company principles and policies.

What Makes You Successful:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field of business.
  • Accumulate 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sales, during which you have consistently achieved and delivered on KPIs.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects within the realm of sales, encompassing Channel and category Sales Development (CCSD), customer relationship management, and distribution handling.
