As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will wield your expertise to pinpoint and nurture potential clients, steering our organization toward its growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate seamlessly with both the sales and marketing teams, grasping the nuances of target audiences and ideal client profiles.
- Construct and execute ingenious lead generation strategies, encompassing email marketing, social media engagement, and content-driven approaches.
- Leverage diverse channels and databases to identify and research promising leads and prospects.
- Implement lead qualification based on predefined criteria, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
- Cultivate and uphold an all-encompassing database of potential clients and leads.
- Track and meticulously analyze lead generation campaigns, gauging their impact and effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and the latest lead-generation practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation or a closely related domain.
- Proficiency in wielding lead generation tools, CRM systems, and the art of data analysis.
- Finesse in analytical thinking, coupled with the aptitude to distill insights from complex data.
- Effective communication skills are essential for outreach to leads and fostering relationships.
- A collaborative spirit, empowering harmonious teamwork with sales and marketing units.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Mastery in the utilization of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and proficiency in data analysis.

Work Schedule
- Availability during Indian Standard Time (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for synchronized collaboration with our in-house team.
