How to Apply for HEC Jobs
Prospective candidates must submit their applications through the online portal at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. There is no requirement to submit hard copies of CVs and supporting documents.
An application fee of Rs. 600/- should be paid and deposited into the designated online account (A/C No. 17427900133401) held by HEC at Habib Bank Ltd. The corresponding receipt should then be uploaded onto the HEC website, specifically at https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
For individuals currently employed in governmental positions, the application should be routed through the appropriate channels. Additionally, a general age relaxation of five (05) years has already been incorporated. Any further age relaxation will be granted in accordance with governmental regulations.
Important Note
Experience gained through part-time roles, honorary positions, apprenticeships, and internships will not be taken into consideration.
The chosen candidate may be assigned to any location within Pakistan. Interviews for eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and its surroundings will be conducted at the nearest possible locations (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar).
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) retains the right to reject any or all applications without providing a rationale and also reserves the authority to increase or decrease the number of vacancies as needed.
